Who am I
I’m an ICF-accredited Life Coach with a PhD from Oxford University, where I specialized in identity narratives. My work is for people who feel stuck, lost, or caught in repeating patterns that no longer serve them, or who want to deepen the work they’ve already done.
So, what do I actually do? I listen deeply and reflect what you say back to you, so you can reshape it. Feeling stuck often comes from the story you tell yourself. Together, we uncover that story and rewrite it in a way that frees you.
Our work often touches on trauma, self-doubt, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs. We release stored emotions, declutter intrusive thoughts, and ease inner tension. The goal? To get you unstuck, clear, and moving toward your next chapter with momentum.
I’m constantly learning and training but part of my curriculum includes certifications as: a Substance Abuse Recovery Coach, Life Coach, PQ® Coach, Therapeutic Drumming Instructor, EFT tapping, and Hypnosis.
Why Coaching?
Coaching is the process of helping someone make changes to their way of being that creates permanent changes to their life, mindset and routine. I help you develop better habits and make better decisions. I support you in making lasting changes to who you are at your core in order to be aligned with your goals, beliefs and actions.
Traditional coaches improve what you do. I help you improve who you are.
I am NOT a therapist, counsellor of psychologist. I act as an echo chamber that helps you identify your limiting beliefs and move pass them towards your life's purpose.
Why work with me?
Many struggle to understand why they behave the way they do. A lot conclude that it simply is because of who they are.
We don’t realize that our perception of who we are and how the world is, are shaped by past experiences, upbringings and cultural frameworks.
I combine both behavioral coaching with trauma coaching, the best of both worlds: I help shift your mindset so that a new understanding of yourself and the world emerges, breaking life-long patterns of thinking, behaving and relating to others.

Real transformation happens between our sessions. During our time together, we’ll clarify what your needs and goals are, adopt the mindset you need to align purpose with actions, and give you practical, tangible steps to accomplish all this.
I’ll hold you accountable to the goals, habits, and exercises you commit to, and we’ll test what truly works for you.
At the core, my role is to help you reshape the story you tell yourself so that it unlocks a lot more possibilities in life for you rather than box you into a fixed identity .
